What's included

For up to three years, ILA Care covers repairs, polishing, cleaning, stone resets, and broken chain repairs. We also cover return shipping and reshipment.

How it works

Add ILA Care to your cart and keep your order number. When you are ready to use the service, email our team with your order number and a brief note on what you need.

Coverage details

Each ILA Care purchase applies to a single piece of jewelry. For multiple pieces, add ILA Care for each item. ILA Care is non-refundable.

Exclusions

Kinked herringbone chains are not eligible. Please refer to each product page for care guidance. Normal wear, improper handling or storage are not covered. Third-party alterations voids the ILA Care Service.
