All shipments require a signature. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We will hold shipping on your order with multiple items until all pieces are available.
We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price. You will most likely have duties and taxes due upon customs clearance. If shipping to Australia, please note that GST may also be incurred upon customs clearance.
All orders shipped internationally are final sale.

If you will not be home to sign for your order, ILA can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to a local hold for pickup location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. To schedule a hold for pick up, contact our concierge.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all of our shipments. Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.
At ILA we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of your purchase. The ILA warranty provides you with the following assurances:
ILA offers a 1 year warranty on all of our jewelry against manufacturing defects. If your merchandise becomes damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect, ILA will repair or replace the item, at our option, without charge for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers each item of fine jewelry for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental damage, loss of precious stones not due to manufacturing defects, and theft. Any repairs or service performed by someone other than ILA will void our warranty.
Within the first six months of purchase we will replace side or accent diamonds that go missing if we feel that it is a manufacturing defect. After six months of purchase all missing side or accent diamonds will be considered wear and tear and will be at the expense of the customer. We stress the importance in choosing jewelry that is appropriate for your lifestyle.
For diamond and precious stone rings, it is highly recommended to have ILA service them every 6 months.
Proof of purchase must accompany items being returned for Warranty work. Shipping charges will apply. Should warranty service be required, follow our repairs instructions.
Nothing is more exciting than receiving an ILA gift in our signature box and gift bag, a complimentary service we always provide.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item contains a manufacturing defect.
We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us.
ILA offers a complimentary first resize to one size up or down for all Engagement Rings purchased directly on our site (custom/bespoke jobs not included). Any larger resizing will be a case by case basis. All other rings will incur a sizing fee. Rings with a full pattern or stones all the way around cannot be resized. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Carefully place (don’t drop!) your jewelry in boiling water for a few minutes. Remove and all the grime will be gone!
You can also use a soft bristle toothbrush and dish soap to gently brush your ring. Dry with a lint-free cloth. For rings, an electric toothbrush works wonders! Use a gentle dish soap and give your ring a good scrubbing. Do notuse an electric toothbrush on your necklace as your chain can get caught in your brush.
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality of craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, please send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt minus any shipping charges. Engagement rings carry a $150 restocking fee.
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with their tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please email sales AT ilacollection.com and ILA will email you back an Insured Prepaid Return Shipping Label for shipments inside the Continental United States (returns from outside the Continental United States are responsible for returned shipping back to ILA) along with an RMA Code. Write this code on a copy of the original invoice and include it in your return package. Also write the RMA code on the outside of the shipping box.

As part of our ILA jewelry commitment, ILA is pleased to offer a lifetime diamond upgrade program on all natural and lab grown GIA, IGI, and GCAL diamonds. Simply schedule a time to speak to an ILA Gemologist here to learn more about our upgrade program and to select your new diamond.
ILA Upgrade Guidelines
All GIA, IGI, or GCAL graded diamonds purchased from ILA are eligible.You will receive credit equal to 100% of the original price toward the purchase of a new diamond. The price of your new diamond must be at least twice the price of your original diamond. Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original diamond grading report. Any damage to the original diamond will disqualify the diamond from our upgrade program. Colored diamonds are ineligible for this program.
The credit value will be based solely on the value of the diamond. If your setting fits your new diamond and is in reusable condition, we will set your new diamond in your original setting. If your original setting cannot be reused, you have the option of keeping the setting or accepting a credit as determined by .Any diamond not originally set by ILA must be returned without the setting.
Diamond Grading Reports:
The original diamond grading report must be returned in reusable condition. Fees may apply for any damaged reports.
The I Diamond Upgrade Program is available for purchases shipped to the US. Upgrades for other countries may be eligible on a case-by-case basis. Upgrade purchase must be made in original currency.
When you order a center diamond in your engagement ring, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond certificate. These certificates are very expensive to replace, so we require each diamond certificate to be included with each returned diamond. There is a US$150 replacement fee if the certificates are not included in the return.

Since ILA is handcrafted in our Houston Workshop, sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within the State of Texas and In-Store Pick Ups. All Canadian & Overseas duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
We offer 2 Free Home Try On's per customer every 6 months. If you wish to receive more than that we charge 25$ each to cover the shipping.
All of our Home Try-On rings come in a size 7. We include a free finger sizer so you can determine your exact ring size. When you order your ring you can choose your exact size.
Home Try-On's can only be shipped Internationally to Canada but incurs $50 charge for shipping.
Free shipping and free return shipping is complimentary for all Home Try-Ons in the continental United States.
