Sustainability Ethos
From the beginning, we built ILA with a clear purpose: to carry forward the longstanding tradition of jewelry crafted entirely in-house. For centuries, jewelry was made this way—designers and artisans working side by side, shaping each piece from start to finish.
It took years to build our own process and workshop, but it has become the place where our ideas take form. With design and craftsmanship under one roof, we honor that heritage and ensure our visions are meticulously created.
HANDMADE IN TEXAS

ILA is handmade in our Texas workshop by our women-led team. Each piece is shaped by skilled craftsmen whose refined workmanship guides everything we create.

SUSTAINABLE GOLD

By handcrafting all of our designs in our workshop we control the precious materials that we craft our jewelry from. ILA uses recycled precious metals certified by the The Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative and by the SCS Recycled Content Standard V6-0. We can also use our client’s unused jewelry, up-cycling the gold and circumventing any mining processes for the precious metals.
ILA DIAMONDS & GEMSTONES

The ILA family brings more than forty years of diamantaire experience, shaped by long-standing relationships with cutting factories, mining partners, and ethical foundries. Our gemologists source each diamond directly from these trusted origins, ensuring that every stone comes from producers committed to responsible, sustainable practices.

Vikas, the Creative Directors behind ILA, holds a special place in his heart for precious gemstones. He decided early on to work with a small palette of colors and to find the most unique and beautiful specimens of those gemstones for his jewelry. Along with his mother, Pratibha who is a master gemologist, he travels the world to cut and discover some of his unique finds.
