The ideal candidate will have a creative knack for developing, coordinating and executing captivating marketing content for our brand. The candidate is responsible for implementing a marketing strategy and working across web, email, and key social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.

This role offers the candidate a total immersion into a high fashion brand carried at some of the top stores around the world.  The successful candidate will work closely with key members of staff to market our brand on social media, digital communications and marketing channels. This role will be instrumental in gaining visibility for our brand that will drive our online sales.

Qualifications:

1 -3 years of experience in design, communications, marketing/advertising preferred

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills as well as interpersonal skills

Excellent Project Management skills - ability to take initiative, employ good judgment and manage projects and it’s details from beginning to end

In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter

Experience with social media analytics, and Facebook Insights

Strong portfolio including graphics and social content

Dependable, self-starter with a positive and professional attitude

Ability to multitask as you will be working with multiple clients and team members

Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Be available 10-20 hours per week from the hours of 10:00am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled student) in Marketing, Art/Design, Photography or Communications

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, (After Effects a PLUS)

ILA (@ilacollection), a renowned designer fine jewelry studio located in Houston, is seeking a still life and editorial Photographer who is looking to join a fast moving high fashion company.  ILA is carried in some of the highest fashion boutiques in the world such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Moda Operandi.  

Job Description:
The Hiree will be in charge of creating a visual mood for our brand and executing the mood throughout all of our visual branding with respect to photography and image curation.  This will entail designing sets and shooting flat lays, product photography, and group shots of our jewelry.

Qualifications:

ILA provides job training for product and flat lay photography, but experience is a plus.

In depth knowledge about strobe/flash photography

Macro photography (not necessary but a plus)

Knowledge about Product Photography and Studio Photography

An artistic eye in creating a brand’s visual mood and creating photography consistent with that mood.

Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator & InDesign are a plus but not necessary)

Social Media: Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter

Computer and application savvy 

Advanced communication skills both oral and writing

Strong interpersonal skills

This role is a multi-disciplinary role that focuses on Cross-Departmental Coordination, Customer Success, and Operational tasks in a booming e-commerce luxury fashion company.

The Responsibility

Customer Service

-Professionally representing the company’s brand and voice while acting as a liaison between the company and customers.
-Establishing relations with current and future customers by addressing customer's questions or concerns, and successfully resolving any issues through our various modes of customer touchpoints.
-Expediting correction or adjustment to customers’ orders.
-Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
-Facilitating and educating customers on product information such as price point, styling advice, account setup, price point adjustments, and basic questions.
-Follow-up of product delivery, available inventory, and assisting with receiving.
-Help with forecasting quantities by collecting data from various teams and reports
-Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Operations
-Receiving and entering of orders
-Manage order deadlines and shipping of orders.  -Create Material Stock Request for inventory transfer and coordinate with internal teams on product availability in distribution.

-Willingness to take on other projects and duties as assigned.

The Requirements

Requirements
