{Returns & Exchanges}

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality of craftsmanship. If you would like to return an item you may do so within 10 days of receipt. We will credit you for the amount of the item minus the shipping charges.

To return an item to ILA, please follow our four-step process:

1. Check Your Items.
Items must be unused and in their original condition with their tags attached. The tags must not be cut off, pinned, or secured back on in any way. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to ensure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund. Sale, special, engraved, and personalized orders cannot be returned and are considered a final sale.
2. Your Return Authorization Code.
Please email sales@ilacollection.com and ILA will email you back an RMA Code. Write this code on a copy of the original invoice and include it in your return package. Also write the RMA code on the outside of the shipping box.
3. Package Your Return.
Include all original packaging, a copy of the invoice with your RMA number written on it, and all collateral material.
4. Insure Your Package.

The package must be insured for the full value of the items being returned.

  • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
  • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached ILA.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
  • More than $25,000: High value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting the ILA to receive assistance and suggested methods to return your purchase.

ILA offers FREE UPS 2nd Day shipping within the Continental United States. We also offer the option for Overnight shipping at an additional charge. All shipments require a signature.

At the moment ILA is not shipping internationally nor to P.O. Boxes.

We will hold shipping on your order with multiple items until all pieces are available.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirming the ship date and along with the UPS or Fedex tracking number. Please note that you will not be able to track your package until UPS picks it up and scans it into their system.

{Sales Taxes}

Since the ILA is located in Texas, there is NO sales tax applied to any purchases except for those that reside in the state of Texas.


We reserve the right to not ship special occasion jewelry or to ask for a written confirmation indicating your commitment of final sale.
